Booking book version Photo-catalogue s110r
Hello my friends,
for all that don't know me - I am normal [ maybe little crazy ] Skoda 110r owner, that 3 year ago chose to celebrate 40. years from manufacturing
first Skoda 110r coupe car, by making PHOTO-CATALOGUE of survived cars.
In registration form in 2007 year I wrote that:
Book will have 300-400 pages and its price will be around 1000 czech crowns.( cca 4O Euro, 34 GBP depending on current exchange Rate)
Now in 2010 year we know, that in catalogue is registrated 555 cars and book will be have 600 pages.
Thanks to some sponsors - price of the book will be still same [1000 kc].
The important is how many copies will we print. The more copies, the lower the price.
The book is private project only, without cooperation with some publisher company. It's only us and press company.
Thats good, because only we choose what books final form will look like,
on the other hand all money will be payed by us alone.
Unfortunately, I am not eccentric millionare yet, and I cannot pay everithing by myself.
I realy don't want to sell my house, or my body organs :- ) :-)
If we want print this unique publication about ours cars, there is only one way - booking the book and colecting pay ahead.
With press company I must sign contract 2 month ahead,
Because they must block manifacturing capacity for this book.
At that moment we must have money, because if we will want to
cancel contract later, will be paying large fine.
I am little maniac, but not madman :- ) , if we won't have money for press,
I won't be signing any contract, And photo-catalogue will be only in web version.
Book will be printed in limited edition ( depending on orders ) of cca 500 - 1000 books.
Book WON'T BE IN BOOKSHOPS.
So don't be so sure that " I won't order it now and wait"
About book booking :
Book will be pressed cca in NOVEMBER 2010 - under the christmass tree:- )

Price of book = 1000kč ( 40 Euro, 34 GBP )
Shipping - this will be maybe the biggest problem. Shipping is expensive :-(
Packed book will be cca 3kg heavy.

For Europe countries and England the shipping is cca 500kč ( 20 Euro, 17 GBP )
If you're booking more books, you'll pay only one shipping.
If you're ordering along with your friends from your motherland,it's possible to send books in one pack, just write me an email.
I believe, that there will be anough orders, and we can press.
If the price of the book gets lower, I'll return portion of money back.
